Giant M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

It's like eating a rainbow

A while back, I worked for a very famous bake shop that made giant M&M cookies. These cookies were my absolute weakness. Every time I was in a shop, I HAD to have a cookie. It wasn’t a choice, it was a necessity. They were warm, gooey and delicious with little pops of candy coated chocolate in every bite. Even if you don’t enjoy M&Ms, you would love this cookie. It was the equivalent of happiness, joy, peace, kindness, all in a 6” diameter treat. So, in honor of those wonderful desserts I used to (too often probably) reward myself with, I decided to recreate something similar with a massive punch of relaxing CBD. This cookie used to be my end of day reward and if it had had CBD in it– I can tell you right now– I probably would have worked there longer 😂

Makes 2 cookies, 45mg of CBD per cookie


Ingredients:

1 jar of The O.G. C.B.Dough Ready to Bake CBD Infused Cookie Dough

1 cup candy coated chocolate pieces (like M&Ms – or try Reese’s Pieces if you’re into a little peanut butter action!)


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F and prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Remove all 6 dough balls from the C.B.Dough jar.

  3. Using your hands, create large cookie dough balls from 3 of the 6 pre-scooped cookies. Repeat for remaining 3 cookie dough balls.

  4. Place candy coated chocolate pieces into shallow dish and roll dough balls in candy until fully covered.

  5. Place covered dough onto prepared baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until cookies have spread and puffed slightly.

  6. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes before removing to cooling rack. Let cool 20 more minutes before serving.
